I literally cannot imagine working with anyone other than Derek Pew when it comes to selling a home. From day one, Derek was supportive and empathetic to the situation I found myself in where I needed to sell my property. He showed incredible knowledge of the local community and provided current market reports to give me an idea of how selling the property would go. Derek is extremely knowledgeable AND connected — he recommended a painter that we used and were super happy with, took care of the landscaping using his own resources, and utilized business connections even to have a kettle corn stand(!!) set up for the open house. He was friendly, responsive, and gave great advice. Derek checked in with me frequently to provide any updates and ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. More than anything, as someone who had never been through this process before, Derek explained everything so well and thoroughly that I truly felt like I understood what the selling process looked like. He never made me feel like I asked a stupid question or talked down to me. I appreciated that he always defaulted to me rather than my husband since it was my property, and I had previous negative experiences where professionals in the past would overlook me because I'm a woman. Not so with Derek, EVER. He is a true professional and deserves every accolade in the business. I truly cannot recommend him highly enough and I hope we have the chance to work together again in the future!

Derek did such a great job helping us found our dream home. He is very knowledgeable about the market and the home buying process. He went above and beyond in helping us buy and sell our home. He did an amazing job setting up our open house; sending out flyers and posting on social media he even went as far as making it a fun event by giving out pumpkins and kettle corn! He’s very patient and responsive. Even after the buying process was over he has been helpful in questions we have about our new home. He’s a really great guy and I will recommend to anyone buying or selling their home! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.
